Why is there a setup fee?
Setup is most of the work: services, staff, availability rules, payments, reminders and the widget on your website. The monthly fee covers keeping it all up to date.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. The platform account is in your name, so your bookings and customer records stay with you.
Can customers pay when they book?
Yes. We connect the platform's payment options, such as Stripe or PayPal, so you can take full payments or deposits. Payment fees are charged by the payment provider.
Can I manage bookings from my phone?
Yes, through the platform's mobile app or mobile site, depending on the platform you choose.
